The Road-Ripper's Guide to the National Parks

The guide provides background on the National Park System and its use of roads, and outlines how activists can get involved in the NPS planning process to get existing roads removed or new roads prevented. David Bahr is a 1990 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is a partner in Bahr & Stotter Law Offices in Eugene, Oregon, with experience in natural resource and public records law. Aron Yarmo is a 1991 graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law and is a member of the Oregon State Bar. He is an attorney with experience in natural resource law working in Eugene, Oregon.
