Legacy Roads Monitoring Project Brief

The attached memo describes how the Pacific Northwest Region of the Forest Service intends to monitor the effectiveness of on-the-ground projects funded through the Legacy Roads and Trails Remediation Initiative.  The memo explains that they intend to monitor both the effeciveness of fish passage and of road decommissioning/restoration activities on hydrogeomorphology.

This memo explains that the latter study will be based on  the Geomorphic Road Analysis and Inventory and Package (GRAIP).

The memo also lists the key agency contact people for the monitoring efforts.
