2009 Update: Six Strategies for Success

In 2007, Wildlands CPR published Six Strategies for Success: Effective enforcement of off-road vehicle use on public lands.

The report was a huge success and was widely referenced by citizens, activists and agency staff.  As off-road vehicle management problems continued, however, many states and even municipalities began identifying new ways to enforce off-road vehicles.  

Both because of the popularity of this report, and the significant increase in effective strategies, Wildlands CPR decided to update the report in 2009.  The new report contains all of the information from the original, plus dozens of new tactics and examples of successful enforcement from around the country.  The reports are available electronically only, and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
